Position Overview

Fix’s Autobody Shop Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Autobody Technician to perform high-quality collision repairs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in structural and non-structural repairs and is committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with OEM standards. Interested? Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble damaged vehicles
• Perform structural and non-structural body repairs
• Repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and components
• Utilize frame machines and measuring systems to ensure OEM specifications
• Weld and repair steel and aluminum panels as required
• Perform panel alignment, metal finishing, and fitment
• Follow repair plans, estimates, and manufacturer procedures
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Ensure all work meets quality control and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision repair experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural repair and frame straightening
• Experience with MIG welding (aluminum welding a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and OEM procedures
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Preferred Certifications
• I-CAR certification
• ASE Collision Repair certification
• Experience working with insurance repair processes
