Forward Collision LLC is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team in Overland, Missouri. We specialize primarily in insurance-based collision repair and are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Position Summary:

The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. This role requires hands-on experience in all aspects of collision repair, including body work, painting, and component replacement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform collision repairs on vehicles, primarily insurance-related work
• Pull dents, straighten frames, and repair damaged body panels
• Repair and replace bumpers and other exterior components
• Prime, prep, and paint vehicles to a high-quality finish
• Remove and install automotive glass, including windows and windshields
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto body technician
• Strong experience with insurance repair procedures
• Proficient in painting, priming, and finishing techniques
• Ability to repair body damage, including dent pulling and bumper work
• Experience with glass removal and installation preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
