J & S Automotive is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician (Bodyman) to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in collision repair and insurance claim work who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels.
• Straighten vehicle frames and unibody components.
• Complete metal finishing, panel alignment, and fitment.
• Work from insurance estimates and repair plans.
• Communicate effectively with estimators and management regarding repair procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of auto body repair experience.
• Extensive experience with insurance claim and collision repair work.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance estimates.
• Strong knowledge of frame repair equipment, measuring systems, and welding techniques.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• I-CAR certifications are a plus.
